Returns and Resizing
We accept returns. If you are not happy with the ring or if it arrived damaged, we will accept the return or replace it within 14 days after it arrives. In case the ring does not fit, you can send it back for a resize. We will only do one resize free of charge. Please refer to our shop policy.

Hi guys, as your comment said the ring that I ordered is actually too small. (Same side as her wedding ring but does not go on!) maybe it is the width of the ring which is great! How do I go about getting it resized? The timber is also a lot darker to what you have on your website. I know that it can’t be matched as it is a natural material but is definitely not what my wife was expecting! Definitely not yellow with chocolate swirls… Also when I paid for engraving I didn’t expect it to look the way that it does. On your pictures it shows a nice cursive and mine has thick block writing. Apologies for the review but just not what we thought we were getting!

How long does it take to receive the rings?
We handcraft each ring to order, which usually takes 3–5 weeks. Once ready, shipping within Australia takes 1–5 days. Wooden rings are quicker to make than gold or silver rings, especially those with stone settings. If you’re in a rush, let us know, and we can prioritise your order. Do you use wood from specific regions, like Tasman, QLD, NSW WA… wood, to craft wedding bands?
Yes. We have a wide selection of wood from various regions across Australia. We also have other types of wood that come from across the world. If you can’t find the wood you’re looking for in our store, please reach out to us.
Whereabouts are you located?
We’re based in Sydney, Australia. Right at the foot of the Blue Mountains in a suburb, called Emu Heights. You’ll find us at the last M4 exit before you reach the mountains. If you would like to see our rings live, please contact us to book a consultation.
How resilient are your rings?
Our wooden rings are remarkably sturdy, thanks to bent wood technique. While they resist breaking, they may show scratches more readily than metal rings. A simple re-coating and polishing restore their smooth appearance. While our rings are coated with a waterproof layer, prolonged exposure to water can shorten their lifespan. It’s best to remove them for extended water activities and before a shower. An occasional rinse under a shower and everyday handwashing is OK.
Do you offer a warranty on your rings?

The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. The communication was very open and responsive. Postage quick. Sizing is larger then what I expected though still very happy. Above all, my husband LOVES it!
